Driver Improvement
Driver Training Associates' definition of driver
improvement is changing a driver's behavior to help
prevent future crashes and violations. Our approach
to driver improvement has been so successful that we
have trained millions of drivers in our research proven
effective techniques since our company was founded in
1977.
A significant factor in our success is student retention:
our driver improvement courses have been designed in
such a way that students find them interesting and retain
the concepts they learn during training. We apply the
same driver improvement philosophy to our online courses:
you won't find the same recycled government videos or
driver handbook content in our online courses that you
will find in most other driver improvement courses.
To follow is a list of some driver improvement courses
we offer in key states.

Florida
Driver Improvement
Florida driver improvement is commonly known as "Basic
Driver Improvement." This 4-hour course is available
to any driver who has been issued a Florida traffic ticket.
If this applies to you, why just pay the ticket and let
your insurance rates skyrocket? Taking this basic driver
improvement course will keep your insurance rate from increasing
(as long as you were not found at fault in a crash), will
provide you with an 18% reduction in your base fine, and
will let you keep your safe driver status.
The 4-hour DMV approved Florida driver improvement course
(Basic Driver Improvement) can be taken for a Florida ticket,
for 4-hour court ordered attendance, for judge ordered attendance,
and for mandatory attendance of a TCAC (Traffic Collision
Avoidance Course).
